Cruise control?

I would like to add an aftermarket cruise control to my 1966 Lemans. Has anyone out there done this? Any recommendations on what to purchase? Pros and Cons?

I really enjoyed meeting several of you at Tiger Run this past weekend. Maybe my wife and I will see you again either at the Ranier Run or the Muscle Car show in September.

I dont know.. Did they make a cruise control for the gto? What about the bigger pontiacs? I bet they make something that will hook up. I'll look round the internet....

Kev, they did do a cruise control to for the GTO. I'm not sure about the '66 but I know they had one for the '67. I know there's after market cruise controls on the market. My parents put one on their car years ago and it worked fine. I haven't looked for one lately, but there's got to be one out there.
