Looking for ideas on storage

There is a gentleman down in Corvallis, Oregon that needs to store his Catalina for the next three years while he is stationed overseas. He has no family locally and most of his friends are due to ship out within the next year themselves.

Does anybody have any ideas on what he could do to store his car till he gets back?

He should be able to find storage on a military base.. It wont be inside storage.. But it should be safe. And it will be free. Theres a house behind me with a 7 or 8 car storage shed.. No front doors on them, I see there are a few boats in some of them. I'll get the phone number from the guy if he wants it. Let me know. (Im in Lacey)
