OLD BUSINESS:

Denny reminded the membership of the recently modified NW GTO Legends By-Laws. He explained that copies are available on line or, if anyone would prefer, hard copies can be provided.

Denny talked about the Picnic with Goatherd club on August 21st. Fun time was had by all. Steve Martin brought trailer and barbeque pit, and they had card games and fan-belt tosses. There were 30 to 40 people who attended. Both clubs were happy with the results and have agreed to meet again next year.

NEW BUSINESS:

Lonnie Santella announced that Lou Secord is selling his immaculate 1964 York Blue GTO convertible.

Denny talked some more about moving the 2005 Meeting to the XXX Drive-In in Issaquah. Jose, the owner is real keen to host the meet at his drive-in. Denny stressed the following advantages:
- Show date is available for September 18th.
- Parking lot and location will be provided at no cost to club.
- Jose (XXX) will pick up 50% of the $150 DJ fee.
- Jose (XXX) will provide Port-a-Potties
- Advertising will carry our name and XXX’s name
Denny led a discussion with membership about the pros and cons:
- Mike Santella made points about the difficulty of trying to stage and park cars in the tight confines of the XXX parking lot slots. Overflow will be problematic.
- Denny suggested using the overflow area across the street and taking our chances. - Denny will take a lead role in working with Mike Santella to coordinate the show.
- Denny stressed the need to make a decision.
The membership voted to move the 2005 NW Legends Muscle Car Meet to the Issaquah XXX Drive-In. It was also agreed that we would work on parking/staging overflow issues, and on moving the date to sometime in August.

Denny discussed the 2004 NW Legends Muscle Car Meet, which will be held at the Pierce County Fairgrounds in Graham. Denny mentioned that the Vintage Vehicle TV Show coverage will be there and 3 to 4 people will need to be available for on-camera interviews. Sign-up sheets were sent around for volunteers. John & Jim Bozony will bring PA system and music. Bob Botkin will do the announcing. Linden Jackel will provide photographs at the show for a $25 fee.
