Saturday April 16th, 2005 at SASCO Electric in Woodinville, WA from 9:00 AM to approximately 3:00 PM we'll be hosting our 3rd Car Clinic for all of the members to bring their rides up for some early tuning, tweaking, or wrenching.
Bring your parts and we'll supply the work benches, lot's of power tools, air, and food (coffee, donuts, hot dogs, soda, and chips). Sounds like a great opportunity for Kevin to rebuild that alternator (Bruce might even learn a thing or two), how about Bob (Botkin) reworking his master cylinder?
We'll have timing lights, dwell meters, and experience to help curve that distributor, set up for some total timing or is it time to go "electronic" and dump the points?
Tires need rotating? Want to see what someone else's wheels look like on your car before you make the investment? How about replacing those shifter grommets to take some of the "slop" out of the linkage? Need shocks replaced? Want to do your brakes? replace your worn out carpet? Headliner? How about just a nice place to wax and polish the beast for spring? Rebuild a carb? Multiple carb's?
I can go on and on. If you haven't made one of these events yet, you're missing the boat (or is that goat?). Indoor parking for 30+ cars, heated, concrete, level, indoor plumbing, and a lot of Pontiac chatter.
