BOP Drags

Remember last fall, we thought it would be cool to have the BOP drags and Bremerton and Pacific on the same weekend? Well, I was checking over the schedules: Bremerton has a BOP race set for Saturday October 1. Pacific has no BOP race on their schedule. They have sports cars running on the October 1, 2 weekend. Do we have any contacts at Pacific?

Looks like the California Hot Rod Reunion is scheduled for the same weekend as Bremerton BOP..................Looks like we'll be in Bakersfield Sept. 30-Oct. 1. Are we running the class of '66 or Botkin's car at the CHRR???

Pacific is doing away with a dedicated BOP event and hosting a "Battle Of Detroit" on July 16. Botkin and I met with them recently to get the low-down.

Too bad we couldn't have two days of dedicated BOP action in Bremerton/Pacific earlier in September.

I hadn't thought to check the date of the California gig yet. If we were to pick a day we could have the club take over a Friday test session or something.

And what do you mean your going to miss us, Judge, I though you were coming along this year?
