I'm thinking about getting a set of redline radials for the GTO. I made the trip to Tiger Run last year on my redline bias plys and I think that one trip like that is more than enough. Any recommendations on tire maker? I know Coker and Diamond Back make them. Are there others? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Ted,
I really like the look of the Daimondback Classic over the Coker redlines. I think they ride and wear nicely too. If you have a preference of tires, I was told by the sales rep that there are many tires that they are willing to make them from.

Also keep in mind that JP has a guy who can scribe a redline stripe in any radial.
He had it done to his BFG's & they look great.
Affordable too.

Scott - thanks for your comments, I will take into consideration.
Mark - applying the redline is a good idea, but the radials I now have are some Japanese make and that just ain't right for a goat.
Gary Tischer and I both have the DiamondBack tires (Dayton's I think) and they ride great and have great traction......I highly recommend them.
oh, and the diamond back tires are a little fatter than the ones you can get from Coker Tire.
