Touch Up and Paint

Have a 65 GTO , Blue Mist Slate , which would be considered a high 2 car . Have 3 little chips on it that are really small , probably smaller than the letter o on this thread . I have heard there's a way to touch it up and end up with not a perfect finish but one that is smooth and looks pretty good . Anyone know that method ? The paint is base coat , clear coat . I'll try to attach a picture but it seems I've done that before and it says the picture is too big but I'll try again .

I just heard the other day about a process of "air brushing" paint chips and minor repairs... I have no solid info on this.
