Hello,
This is my first post on this forum. I've been a long time reader and have enjoyed this site a ton. My question is, I'm looking for a 65 GT0 or even a Lemans clone that is straight and rust free. Just a driver or maybe one that needs minimal work. Thanks in advance Chris

I have a '65 GTO 'driver' that I am thinking about selling.

E-mail me at bdk1976@hotmail.com for details.

I'm new to the GTO price range and don't really have too much of an idea what a driver would cost. All I've seen for prices are ebay and craigs list. Could anyone help me out with a range I should be expecting?
Thanks
Chris

Sorry Chris - it's going to be all over the board. It's rediculous anymore to try to put a price tag to what a GTO "is worth". What it's worth is exactly what it's worth to someone who wants it bad enough. I have been offered prices around $15K for good clean driver '65's - this year even. I've also seen similar quality '65s go for over $23K in the Puget Sound area. Bottom line is; if someone is willing to part with $75K as Mike pointed out earlier, then clearly the car is "worth $75K" - at least to someone. If they're selling it as a "GTO" - do your homework and make sure it really is. Get your PHS docs.

Thanks LonnieS for the info. Around 15k is what I was thinking. I'll make sure to check PHS docs. Thanks again for the help.
