It didn't work for me either so I hunted around the site and found the Steve Morris segment on Prochargers at:

(or same thing at www.procharger.com/video/SteveMorrisBroadband.mov) Or else go to www.procharger.com/video/ and pick out the video from the list.

That is an 8 minute video - pretty interesting!
