The correct date for the BOP Event at BREMERTON is September 13 which is a Saturday instead of Sept. 14 which is a Sunday. Please mark your calendars accordingly.

Speaking of BOP and Chili, are there going to be directions to both the drags and the chili feed for people that may not have been before? We have a lot of new members and they may not all have the directions...

:wink: The Annual BOP (Buick/Olds/Pontiac) Drags & Show are coming up tomorrow on Sept. 13th, and should be a fun filled day. The festivities include a show & shine and day of drags, followed by the Beistline’s awesome Chili and Burrito feed. Everyone is welcome! Here are the basic directions to and from Bremerton Raceway: From HWY 16 take the Tremont/ Old Clifton Road Exit, head west follow signs to track. (check their website for more details). You can also reach from HWY 3 heading towards Belfair; take Sunnyslope (before airport), then right at gas station. To get to the Beistline's take HWY 3 towards Bremerton, follow 304 (stay right) stay on 304 as it goes around the Naval Shipyard (like you are heading to ferry). Turn left on HWY 303 (Warren Ave.) Head north over the bridge as it turns into Wheaton Way. Take a left at Sylvan Way (light). Take right on Gillette, then another right on Rasmussen. (3505 Rasmussen Lane (360) 479-1520) This is always a fun event and if you have never experienced Chuck & Annie’s hospitality, you owe it to yourself to check it out. :)
