Looking for 1964 Tempest / Lemans

I'm looking for my next car... a 2-dr 1964 Tempest or Lemans hardtop or post coupe or possibly even a wagon. I'd like something in the #2.5 to #3.5 range. I prefer a decent daily driver quality car with little or no resto needed, but something that needs paint and/or interior is ok too, so long as it's mechanically sound and drivable as-is. No high-end restorations or hot rods.

I'm in beautiful downtown Kent WA and would prefer something within reasonable driving distance.
