Hi boys. What were all of you guys doing at Bremerton?

I got real lonely after the first round. In fact I got really lonely after going five rounds with no Legend cars in the running. I didn't win but I did get to the semi-final round where I turned on the red light.

Remeber the War Wagon! This is the car that caught all the smack from the club members. It's not the fastest by a long shot, but it is consistent.

The wagon ran:12.284/12.284/12.285/12.291/12.304/12.338/
12.351 and a 12.196 breakout in the semi's.

Not fast---but on a 12.28 dial---good enough. 8)

Thanks to SD Performance for tuning and suspension setup.

::)Well now, if it isn't the MIGHTY WAGONSTEEN. Sorry I couldn't give you a run for your money. It seems that the RAMAIR IV Lemans was to fast for it's own good, 11.70 and no roll bar, oops! Let me say congrats to you Mr. Steen, I'll be installing the roll bar soon and then we can have some fun. How does Tiger Run sound? I will say, the wagon looked real good, and it's good to see somebody representing the LEGENDS in the later rounds. Thumbs up for the MIGHTY WAGONSTEEN! ;D

Mr. Ponsteen,
Kind of a late chime by me here but I saw one of your runs at BOP and I think those quarter mile times rock !
I think fast wagons are cool and just yesterday I was telling folks about a bad ass drag-ready Pontiac Hearse that I read about in So. Cal that kicks tail on the Caddy Hearses in some special Hearse Drags that they have down there. You cannot run in these races unless you've got a coffin in the back *..
Oh yeah, the Pontiac hearse runs a California plate that reads CREMATD ;D

Would you mind posting some more pics of that mighty hauler of yours? And perhaps sharing with us some of what you've done to the beast to make it HAUL BUNS so well and consistently?

Also have you heard of father and son Jim and Tom Hand out of Missouri (I believe)? He and his father are long time Pontiac guys and Jim, if I understand correctly, runs a mighty sweet wagon (think it has a GTO front end) that also gets down the track with amazing and consistent times. His son Tom is the guy that produced SILENT POWER, the CD with all the muffler sounds, 54 pipe and muffler combos in all, running through a mighty Pontiac 455, complete with flow rate data and everything. I got one, it's cool !
