For those of us that are not attending Tiger Run this year I thought I would see if we should plan an alternate get-together locally.
It'd be fun to not only meet up somewhere but to do a run too. Maybe meet up at XXX on Saturday for dinner and then cruise down to Auburn to the Valley Drive-In????
Anyone interested in getting together?

Hello Amber,
Yes, I'm intrested in your proposal for saturday. I'm going to the clinic at SASCO on saturday morning but could hook up with you at XXX in Issaquah later on.
I'm going to try and get the judge started today. Has been sitting still since last summer. Shouldn't be a problem. Let me know. Regards, Glen

Hi Glen,
I was thinking it would be the same weekend as Tiger Run since some of us aren't going and the last meeting I attended it was brought up that it'd be nice to have a gtg for those not at Tiger Run.
I am going to do my best to be at the clinic - with my car - but that's iffy because of my son's baseball game.
I'll coordinate a GTG for 5/26 if I see any interest for that day/weekend.
Thanks!

Hey Amber,
So just to make it clear you are talkin' about hooking up on Memorial day weekend Right? like Saturday afternoon into the nite, correct? I like the idea and probably will join in...just gotta choose which car to take. Mike

I was thinking of an early dinner/cruise-in gathering at XXX around 5pm-ish (I like to be late ;) ) and then relax and cruise down to the cinemas in Auburn for a 9pm showing. I don't think the drive-in is any good unless it's dark outside so a 7pm show is going to be too early. Let me know if I'm wrong though.
I wish I had a BBQ because it'd be fun to have one at my place after meeting up at XXX and spook all the neighbors...not that it's hard in my neck of the woods!
And yes, I was thinking of Memorial Day weekend, so it'd be Saturday, May 26th. The car should be ready by then...JP is coming over tonight to help me get it diagnosed and on its way to being on the road again.

Its weiner to you pal. I own a yacht repair business, its money time...
So while I have your attenton I noticed that the pilot bearing you installed had a grease cover on one side and not the other. It would be a good idea to put some grease into the crankshaft cavity for the bearing since it looked pretty dry in the 'fitting the pilot bearing' picture...now get back to work. Saturday is coming!!

The weather looks like it might be rainy Saturday night...so maybe something else would be better...like a pub...
