Cool article

The March issue of Car Crast Magazine has a cool article on pg 58 about the '65 GTO, that was originally run in Car Craft back in March of 1965. They ar re-running the article as part of their 50th anniversary celebration. I think it's cool to se what the pro's thought of aou cars back in the day.... a good read. Now I have to find the original Car Craft from March of '65! That brings up a great idea... How about we all start listing the current and vintage articles we run across in various publications that are GTO specific. I'm sure I'm not the only one who collects this stuff. Maybe have a page in the web site for this???

:o Hey Mike I just happen to have a few articles in several old magazines; Dec. 65 Car Craft,May 65 Car and driver, and July 65 Hot Rod. The Hot Rod mag. talks about the 389 stock or Hot on the front cover. The Car Craft talks about the 66 GTO TIGERRRRR-R on the front cover. The Car and Driver talks about the 1965 readers choice: 1965 GTO placed twice,once as best all around car and best sports sedan(over 5 liters). I also have other Car Craft mag from 67 and 68 that talked alot more about Pontiac and performance with the engines and cars we have now. I will try to bring them the next meeting . chao baby ;)
