CAR TALK SESSION:

- John Pearson called for volunteers for Saturday, to help work on Bruce Dyke’s 64, which is in the process of being restored. Volunteers are to come to his home to help re-assemble his car because Bruce has a bad back. Volunteers were asked to call Bruce at (425) 672-4587.

- Mike Buzard informed the membership that he has installed long-tube headers on his 2004.

- Gloria Reems has a leak in her automatic transmission refill tube. She is having trouble locating another filler tube. This was discussed by the membership and Gary Tischer suggested a new boot style kit.

OLD BUSINESS:

- Wally Santella updated the membership on his efforts to get member dues paid up and to get everyone synced up to January 1st, 2009 GTOAA/Northwest GTO Legends membership dues renewal.

- Denny Deal gave out directions to his SASCO Warehouse in Bothell, for those how will be attending this year’s Spring Car Clinic.

- Mike Santella gave an update on the Lance Lambert car event coverage costs: (1) $600 if the club does not want to re-broadcast the event on TV, (2) $1000 if the club wants to re-broadcast. The membership and Mike discussed pros and cons of both options. Mike Buzard made a motion to have Lance Lambert film our Northwest Musclecar Meet for $600 and not re-broadcast and the motion was passed by the membership in attendance.

- Brad Barrie talked about doing another run of club clothing. Brad covered different color options and included short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, caps, and sweat shirts as possible items. After much more discussion by the ladies in attendance, Brad was advised to look into ladies shirts with collars and buttons. Brad will check into all of the color options and clothing items and report back at the next meeting with approximate costs.

NEW BUSINESS:

- A motion was made by John Pearson to put $250 of the Club’s money towards Kelly Lay’s Barbeque Bash at Tiger Run. The motion was passed by the membership in attendance.
