67 Window Sticker

Does anyone have a window sticker for a 67 htp,auto,that I could copy.I need to see how they were filled out so I can fill out the blank one I got from Ames.

Not sure how the '67 is supposed to look but I could show you the repro I got through PHS for the '70. PHS offers these as well for Pontiacs that are PHS documented for $26.
