Thanks for coming Reed Racing. Looking forward to seeing Da Judge on tv in 2 months. Yes, the 22nd annual Northwest Muscle Car Meet is in the books. 131 officially registered cars this year - up from 108 last year. Considering the same clouds that threatened last year made yet another appearance this year, I think we had a pretty good turnout. According to Lance Lambert, we had one of the better shows he's seen all year in terms of attendance and quality. Too bad the DJ was missing in action. Ryan if you are out there give us a call and let us know you are ok. Jose was a gracious host as always. He was able to summon a back up DJ on an hour's notice and then tried to pay the guy out of his own pocket! Jose - you are the man. We even had a few members of the Goat Herd of Oregon make the drive from Portland, to take in the show. There was some new stuff there this year which was great to see and there was a new Best of Show winner. Special thanks goes out to Jim Ritter and Sara Conley from the Seattle Police Department for bringing not one, not two but, three nicely restored former police cruisers from both Seattle and California. Jim - you went way above and beyond. Hope we can repay the favor. Special thanks also goes out to the Griots team for manning the tec booth all day and for all the goodie bags and financial support. Frank Hottell was kind enough to bring a 2008 Dodge Challenger all the way from BBC Dodge in Burien for folks to take in. Most of all, thanks to the Legends who either brought their cars or volunteered to help out, or both. Without you, the show wouldn't exist. Mark and Betty Bilyeu, Janice Babcock, John Bozony, Brandon and Carolyn Warren, Ted Knapp, Rick Rosen, Mike Buzard, John Bozony, Tom Willett and Of course JP. The God Father even cut short his vacation just to help out. Brad - the awards were killer again as always and Lonnie - thanks for the 14 revisions to the flier!
Thanks to everyone who supported the club on it's biggest day. If I have forgotten anyone I sincerely apologise. 29 hours later and I am still a little hazy.

Thank you Mike for all your hard work and dedication to put on such a great show! I know you spent many many hours behind the scenes putting this together, what we did was the easy part. Each year it gets better.

I also want to thank the Western Washington Firebird club for such a good club turnout. We (NW GTO Legends) should recipicate by making a good showing at thier meet next weekend.

First off...........Hat's off to Mike S. Once again he pulls off another great event......he's a machine.

The turnout was fantastic, great people, great cars and great food.

I tried to take some pics with my iPhone, but the quality isn't too good (one of the main faults of the iPhone in my opinion). I'll see if the posting of them works.

This was my first car show with my '72 Le Mans and my first event since joining NW Legends back in February. I and my family had a great time at the show. Having people waving us in to the correct location was a huge help, and the whole event was well organized. I met lots of people and look forward to attending more events. Unfortunately my Le Mans died on the way home from work yesterday and it arrived at my garage last night behind a tow truck. Oh well, I'm always up for a project and I expect this one to be an easy fix.

Here's some pictures I took.
