Feb. Meeting

I just wanted to say, Bison Creek is a nice place, but it is horrible for meetings. I couldn't hear a word of the Treasury Secretary's report and the way we were jammed in there was just atrocious. I had to leave early (6:35), was there a vote for the permanent meeting place? I hope that the Great American Casino was chosen. It may not have the same neighborhood eatery atmosphere of Bison Creek, but parking is better and the meetings go much better there.

The vote for the permanent meeting location will be during the march 7th meeting at the Great American Casino.

Wow!! Bison Creek was really a great place as far as the remodel went! For a meeting using more than one table though it seems to be not what we need as a club.

And the food I had was very bland and overpriced..

I agree. We needed to actually experience it, but now that we have the vote will undoubtedly be very one sided.

The key to parking at the Casino is that we all need to just take the furthest part of the lot so we can park together. It's the only area that is usually open.

The casino is a great venue for our meetings! Tonights meeting went great...you could hear just about everythig that was said,the food was less expensive and tasted very good! glad were going to have the rest of the meetings there!

For those of you who missed the March meeting - the vote was unanimous... the club will hold their monthly meetings at Great American Casino for the forseable future. Same start time - 5:00 PM. We will work with the management to secure some choice parking in hopes of being able to park as a group and cut down the risk of door dings.
