It always amazes me when I see a car like that and the stock air cleaner is still there! Its too bad the owner doesn't blast and paint it. The visual effect brings the car a lot closer to the asking price. I would value it at $8-9K as it is described. Maybe less if the rear panel area is rusty. IMHO

I have seen that ad, spoke with the seller, even considered buying it, even got the PHS on the car. Plain jane car, AM radio, WT standard hp engine originally, M20 4spd, plum mist with white interior, 3.55 safety track rear, ride and handling package and that's about it.
I gave him all the details from PHS and didn't even get a thanks, ya, he's asking to much.....

His price would have been good a couple years ago when the market was there but not today. There's another nicer one on CL today that's a much better deal. http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/cto/1041928798.html

Oh, as for me.... everything is on hold for a year until I get back from Iraq. Uncle Sam called me up so I must go play for a while..... OH well.

Somehow I missed the 66...I agree the seller is trying to hit a fat hog......
