Yes there is. This is from the newslwtter...

On April 11th at SASCO Electric in Woodinville, WA, we will be hosting another GTO Car Clinic. SASCO Electric, where I work has a large warehouse where we can drive our cars into the warehouse and work on them without the concerns of wind, rain or cold. We’ll open about 9:30 AM and run until about 3:00 PM.

We have all the electricity, air and water we’ll need to do just about anything you need to assist you in getting your car ready for upcoming car shows, club events, Tiger Run or just Saturday night cruising. In addition, we anticipate having some of the more technical members in our club there to help those of us that might be challenged in that area to assist us with any or all of the following:

Replacing plugs
Plug wires
Rebuilding a distributor
Installing points or replacing with an electronic ignition
Adjusting carb (or carbs if you’re lucky enough to have more than one)
Replace those worn our fan belts
Got a light out in the car and can’t figure out why?
Time to replace those olds T-3 headlamps with some halogen units?
How about a good wax before you start participating in those Show N’ Shines?
Chrome needs polishing?
Time to paint the wheels?
That leaky radiator still messing up your garage floor?
Starter still sticking or when it gets hot, won’t turn over?
Do some research, get your parts and come on down. We’ll have jacks, jack stands, power tools and drop lights available. Plus even with all of this we’ll have donuts in the morning (provided you beat the cops there) and hot dogs, chips, sodas and coffee all day long. Ask some of your friends that have attended and they’ll let you know how much fun it is to stop by and get some things done, or just to stop by and see if you can lend a hand or learn something you didn’t know before.

Regardless, it’s all about our fraternity – the Northwest GTO Legends. We hope you can stop by and have some fun.

Happy motoring……………

It looks like I will be late if I make it at all. The project I have been working on all week was tested today and we had a 3" 3-way ball valve fail and a 3 phase 40 HP electric motor fail. The unit has to leave for Alaska on Monday so tomorrow is our only repair and test day left. Hope to be at the clinic by noon-1 pm. Mike
