I'm putting together a golf tournament for the club. The date is Saturday, October 3rd( before the meeting) @ Foster Golf Links, next to the Great American Casino. The adress is: 13500 Interurban Ave. South Tukwilla.
We have 4 tee times, the first is @ 10:06. So far, the following people have shown interest in participating- Mike, Wally, Mitch, Tom,& Pat.
We still need a few more people, so if you are interested- chime in here. If it's raining -it'll probably be called off.

P.S. In case you are wondering- Golf is that game where you use a stick to move the little white ball around the pasture.

Can you post up the prices? How much will this run for someone with none of their own gear.

I used to sort of kinda play golf

I'm better with a hurst shifer in my hand but With a bit of practice, I can hit a 3 wood about 300 yards but alas my short game sucks :)

I might do a round with you guys, I'll see if I can make it

Will there be golf carts and can I drive one? I don't have golf sticks or anything like that and I would probably just drive around being annoying..so yeah...I might be in.

Green fees are about $30.00, and a cart is $20.00.So you're lookin at about $50.00, plus clubs' if you don't have any. Of course this doesn't include beer at Billy Baroo's.
Thor, besides shifting, a hurst shifter is only good for putting.

OK Denny you're in.That makes about 7 so far.I'm sure there's more golfers in the club than that.
We have 4 tee times ,that's 16 people, if any one else is interested post up here,or call me at 206 661 3349. Let me know by next Thursday so I can cancel any tee times that we wont be using.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to bow out. We should still be able to make the meeting, but I won't be available before hand.

If there is anyone else that would like to golf, please let me know by no later than noon tomorrow (Friday). That is the cutoff time.
