I have a set of 62's on my 455. It sounds great and runs strong, but, I'm done playing. Looking for drivability. I have a set of 6x-4 that i started gasket matching. I would trade the 62 for someone to finish the 6x or for a set of something similar. Open for offers.

I am interested in the 62's. I have a set and was going to send them in to Dave at SD. How much do you want for them and how long have you been running them. I will be going to the Monroe swap meet and was wondering how close you are to that area. Matt

It is the set that I am running now. I am not sure the price. If I get rid of them I will need to replace them right away and don't have any leads on a set that would suit my needs. I was hoping someone had a set that might have some work done to enhance performance and was willing to trade for a set of more desirable castings. Might have been wrong I guess. Thanks

I have a set of 6x that I have on my running 400 in my firebird but I am wanting to build up my 62's. my 6x are in excellent shape are very clean and recently rebuilt but totally stock I think. These are definitely bolt on units. will trade for yours plus what ever the difference might be. Matt 604-866-0028

You've got my interest. Are yours the 6x -4 or -8?

On the head just below the valve cover there is a machined surface that has a -4 or -8 stamped in with a number stamp. It is small about 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch.

Are you still there?

Sorry, I went away for a few days to work on the cabin. The heads have a little 4 on a machined tab. Don't know if this is good or bad?
