2 x '70's for sale

I've found two '70 cars for sale. The first one is a 1970 GTO HT, 4spd, bench seat car. Showing need of restoring, needs interior and is non numbers car. Has 3.55 posi in it. Some (minimal) rust in usual places but very solid floors and trunk.
Seller's (Lisa) number is (360) 403-0347. The ad is in the auto trader currently, I've seen the car and have many pictures. She'll take $3000

The second '70 I seen this AM in the Tacoma paper. (I haven't seen the car but have talked to him) ad as follows;

The '70 GTO of Lisa's is now for sale at $2600. She really needs to sell this car by the 16th.
The engine in it does run, (not advised to run it before rebuilding it though) it is a 1967 "WS" HO engine with a knocking in the lower end.
The car has a 4spd and 3.55 posi rear.

Anyone remotely interested should giver her a call and act fast.

I have a ton of pictures if anyone is interested. If anyone buys it and doesn't want the engine let me know.
