Legends and guests -
Once again the club's largest function of the year is upon us. While it did sprinkle on folks during the drive out last year, for the last three years we have not had a drop of rain during the event and the forecast this year looks the same. Not sure what it is about the second weekend in August, but for what ever reason the weather gods continue to look past all of the hard work and dedication that it takes to put this event together and once again the sun screen will not be needed. We had 131 cars officially registered last year and I suspect we will be around that number this year. This is the first year we have had the option of pre-registering for the show and as of this morning, over 40 people have taken advantage. I'm sure many folks will be waiting to see what tomorrow's weather looks like before making their decisions, but rest assured - organizers will be there before 7:00 AM setting up and looking forward to seeing the nicest (and largest) collection of muscle cars in the state turn out!
