'68 stuff

I ran into my neighbor the other day and he got to storytelling about the '68 GTO he had. He ordered a verdero green/ light green interior, his/hers auto Goat from Montana back in '68. Brought it here and lived in Poulsbo (where he lives today). In the early 80's he gave it to his 16 year old daughter to drive. She found some black ice one AM and slid into a ditch and landed on roof. The car was sold , but he kept some parts. He will dig them out of the attic and let me know what he's got. He figured they would be better used by someone I know rather than sitting up there. He mentioned seats, visors ......mostly interior stuff. No motor, or drivetrain stuff. The body was dented on pretty much every corner too after the mishap.

i just purchased my 68 goat for the second time,i sold it seventeen yrs ago and needless to say it came back to me a little worse for wear,I am looking for a front dash pad,glove box and console lid. I am also needing the wood grain dash piece from the radio over to the drivers side, including clear plastic besel for the gauges and dash clock.
For the exterior i need drivers side fender.If any goatster out there can help i would greatly appreciate it, thanx

What's the latest on your neighbor's interior. I gathering everything for a 68 lemans, and could use a good interior. Maybe I'd end up with a car other than a red one.

Hey, got my 68 recently, after 32 years without one!!! I need to have the interior done, but if I could get good interior that doesn't need reupholstered it would be great!!! I am going to redo the inside completely, headliner, seats recovered, carpet is new already, have all dash restoration stuff...so if your neighbor ever gets back to ya, please let me know if these other goat heads decide they don't want what he has :) I realize I am not first in line here...thanks!!!
