I am looking for the only part that that I know is missing from my car that I haven't got to put back on it to make it fully complete. I think the original part went south during a prior restoration as I remember it being there at onetime.
It is ....the small flat L shaped bracket about five inches long that is screwed onto the cowl under the chicken wire on the drivers side just above the windshield wiper arm.
It is only on the 68 and 69 cars and I don't have any idea what it purpose is other then maybe a strengthing brace accros the corner of the cowl.
If anyone has an extra one they might want to sell to me or maybe swap for a chichen wire I would really appreciate it. :'(
