Good Evening All,
I was just reviewing the latest edition of Muscle Car Magazine which has an interesting article about a new ignition that works for our cars. It is called the XR-i by Crane and is getting rave reviews. I have ordered mine and was wondering if anyone else has used on yet. This little gem fits right in where the points went and retains the original look just like the Pertronix unit. The difference is this one has a built in Rev Limiter that ranges from 4000 - 8000 RPM :o. Supposedly it works quite excellently. The price is about $70.00 compared to the 115.00 of the Pertronix which also does not have the Rev Limiter feature ???. Just wondering if anyone else had used this and wanted to let you all know about it.
