Just thought I would come on line and post this car I have for sale. I spoke with Alan Swearingen on saturday, he mentioned that someone in your club may be looking for a 1969. This is a nice looking head turner. It is a 1969 Tempest Custom built in Fremont CA. The car has a 350, 4bbl, auto, his and her shifter, 68 console, nice vinyl top, nice interior, but the front buckets are not original, runs and drives nice. It is showing some paint bubbles around the vinyl top chrome and one rear wheel well. I had the car at your muscle car show, it is in the gallery photos #13. Please E-mail with any questions if interested. Asking $8500.00 OBO.

Thanks :)

Hi Richard,
good to see you come online & join us on the forum.

To help you guys out, below is the pic of the car.
I would say that is one heck of a value for what it is.

Very nice car. I'm looking for a '69 but what I need is a parts car, not a beauty like this one.

Richard... did you sell the Goat yet? Just wondering... I saw the ad on line yet, and just keep looking at it and dreaming...

Hope if you did, she went to a good home! :?

Ah.... I know this is dumb on my part.. but... maybe I could come take a look at her sometime soon?

My next car will either be a 64 GTO or a 69 gto (does not have to be original, actually prefer it to not be so I can build to suit my own needs) so your car would be right in there... BUT... I wasn't planning on looking at anything for a while yet, as the funds aren't there... and I haven't gotten the wife used to the idea! Lol... (I have to get her car going to the point where she can enjoy it... and will give me some slack! Lol...)

But, even with all that said... I would like to take a look, and like you said
you never know what can happen? I'd like to find out more about it, and get a chance to see it again in person.

I'm just in Federal Way, and I also hope to hit the swaps this week-end and next? So most any time you may have available?

My direct email at work: brett@cisdirect.com
Home email (after 3pm daily) brettnheather@hotmail.com
and our home # (253) 941-1884

Thanks! (I think? )

Sorry Richard... I posted a reply on Monday, but it didn't show up?

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to show me the car! She's nice, and just about what I'm looking for... but at this time... I just don't have the funds available. :x

If anything changes... I'll be in touch!

Richard is the new owner. Lives in the Gig harbor/Port Orchard area. He said he is going to drive it, have fun in it, hopes his wife likes it, and suggested that I buy my wife a Valentine gift also as he drove away smiling. :D
