I'm looking for a stock hurst shifter handle for a aftermarket comp plus shifter. I have the short handle indy type shifter handle that bolts to the shifter itself. What I'd like to find is a stock shifter (64-69) or just the chrome handle that I can modify to fit this shifter. Show quality is NOT what I'm looking for, just driver stuff. Thanks,, Stefan.

This was just too good of an opportunity to pass up:
!. Thanks Stef, for admitting your shifter handle is too short. It explains the complaints.
2. Be proud man! It's a Pontiac your driving, don't worry about being bent over. They can't catch you. Play Thursday night test and tune!
3. I suppose you want the extra long, bench seat model?

I was thinking of beating a handle out of 5/8" rebar and painting it silver, but I thought you might figure it out. Merry Christmas to you, yours, and the Legends. Red_Rider (currently traveling in a tan daily driver, 69 Custom S wagon)

Does he have to take the tires too? The tread pattern looks like the wide-O-Oval Red Line type. You know Al, I didn't know rebar wuld paint up that pretty. And your engraving skills with the Dremel are really impresive. And the nob is really over the top! It must be Christmas, it is just what he asked for. Lucky dog.

You work hard enough the rebar will shine right up, it's amazing!
Oh, nice recognition on the tires, yeppers, that's what they are, still attached to those "Royal Botkin" Hursts wheels. But I should've cleaned them up since the last time they were on the ground. I cleaned the wheels but not the tread.
