Broke My Gas Pedal Today
I recently put in a new Holley 150-GPH fuel pump and decided to take the car out for a little testing earlier today.
I was driving the Judge near the north end of Lake Washington and felt something weird under my right foot.' ![]() The gas pedal was looking cock-eyed down there and barely hanging on, so I grabbed it. The opposing tension spring mount that holds the gas pedal on was on the carpet and then I looked at the back of the gas pedal to find this-- This is a repro from Ames and I have had it in the car for about 9 years. I admit that I occasionally have a little of a heavy foot but this is nuts.
