Northwest Legends Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
(February 7, 2020)
MEETING OPENED:
Meeting was conducted over the phone, at 9:08pm by our Club President Bill Nelson at his residence, at 10109 SE 208th St., Kent WA 98031.
ATTENDENCE:
The 2019 Board of Directors meeting was attended by the four current Club Officers, Bill Nelson (President), Gary Tischer (Vice President), Bob Stevenson (Secretary), and Tom Willett (Treasurer).
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OBJECTIVES:
The stated objectives, by Bill Nelson, of this Board of Directors meeting were (1) To add Ted Knapp, as a board member, in charge of the Northwest GTO Legend’s Car Shows and other events. (2) Ted Knapp’s responsibilities will include negotiation and signature approval of hotel and municipal contracts in support of these Car Show and other types of events.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ACTIONS:
Bill Nelson made a motion to the Board Members to approve the stated objectives, a vote was taken, and Ted Knapp was unanimously approved to be added to the Board of Directors with the duties and responsibilities of managing Club car show events and other events, with contract negotiation and signature authority as stated in the OBJECTIVES above.
MEETING ADJORNED:
The club’s February 7, 2020 Board of Directors business meeting was adjourned at 9:31pm by our President, Bill Nelson.
